Basic (1liv.) And specialist (2liv.) Help Desk services

The first level help desk activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Configuration of pc / laptop operating systems
  • Configure / install network / individual printers
  • Configuration of network devices (wifi devices) / cameras
  • Help in using the office package
  • Email management

The second level help desk activities include, by way of example but not limited to, assistance on:

  • Linux / windows server
  • Network devices such as firewalls (rules configuration, etc)
  • Backup configurations
  • Network / security incident
