The operators and system administrators will carry out training activities and will take care of the joint preparation of the first activities to be started including configuration and customization.

After-sales support

Once installation is complete and users have been trained to illustrate the benefits and features of the solution, our technical team is available to provide after-sales support. Post-sales support is carried out by qualified and certified personnel, with in-depth knowledge of the solutions and devices, and can be provided by telephone, email or TeamViewer.

Remote assistance and updates

The Technical Support Service is provided by opening tickets through the dedicated online Help-Desk and manned directly by our technicians, on weekdays from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00.
