Skills and experience
- experience in the management and maintenance of IT infrastructures;
- knowledge of operating systems and virtualization;
- skills in configuring and managing networks and servers;
- ability to troubleshoot and provide effective technical support;
- knowledge of best practices in information security;
The ideal profile has even minimal experience on: Linux (shell scripting and Python), Microsoft client environments and Windows Server, installation, management of devices, network services and configuration.
Knowledge or experience in managing domains and Active Directory is welcome.
The activity will be in person at the Matera office with a maximum of one day of smart working per week to be agreed on the basis of the activities.
Requirements common to all open positions
– degree or diploma in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics)
– work experience in the specific field (depending on the position)
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
– knowledge of English, written and spoken
– Excellent problem solving skills
They will constitute preferential titles
– basic knowledge of TCP/IP networks, firewalls (even minimal) and switch configuration;
– experience (even basic) in the management of storage infrastructures and backup solutions;
– basic knowledge of continuous integration environments (kurnates);
– resolution of tickets and help desk activities for users;
– a certification (e.g. ITIL, CompTIA)
