WHAT YOU CAN REPORT
Through the whistleblowing channel it is possible to report, for example:
- violations of laws and regulations;
- unlawful or fraudulent conduct;
- incidents of corruption or abuse of power;
- violations of personal data protection;
- cybersecurity violations;
- irregularities in the management of business processes.
Reports must be made in good faith and based on precise and consistent facts.
WHAT DOESN'T INCLUDE WHISTLEBLOWING
The channel is not intended to:
- complaints, disputes or requests of a personal nature;
- reports lacking detailed information;
- communications not related to regulatory or ethical violations.
For these needs, the ordinary company channels remain active.
HOW TO SEND A REPORT
Digimat provides a dedicated digital channel, designed to ensure the security, confidentiality, and protection of the whistleblower.

- send reports even anonymously;
- attach supporting documents;
- monitor the status of the report via identification code.
PROTECTION OF THE REPORTER
Digimat guarantees maximum protection for the whistleblower.
In particular:
- the confidentiality of the whistleblower's identity is guaranteed;
- it is possible to make reports anonymously, where permitted;
- Any form of retaliation, discrimination, or penalization against those who report in good faith is prohibited.
Reports are managed in full compliance with current legislation.
REPORT MANAGEMENT PROCESS
The reports received are managed according to a structured process:
- Receipt and recording of the report;
- Preliminary evaluation;
- Any preliminary investigation;
- Definition of outcomes and consequent actions
The whistleblower will receive a response within the timeframe established by law.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION
Any personal data provided will be processed in compliance with personal data protection legislation, exclusively for the purpose of managing the report.
All information is managed with high security standards to ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
