The MIMIT Voucher is the incentive promoted by the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy to support investments by SMEs and self-employed workers in cloud computing and cybersecurity services and solutions.

The incentive provides a non-repayable grant of up to 50% of eligible expenses, with a maximum contribution of €20.000, to encourage the adoption of innovative digital technologies and strengthen cybersecurity.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Have an Internet connection with a speed of 30 Mbps or higher.
  • Implement an investment project in cloud computing and/or cybersecurity services and solutions.
  • Plan interventions aimed at adopting new solutions or improving existing ones.
  • Submit a project that complies with the criteria and eligible expenses established in the call for proposals.

REQUESTING THE MIMIT VOUCHER IS SIMPLE

The application process is organized into two main phases.

Phase 1 - DIGIMAT IS ALREADY A QUALIFIED SUPPLIER

From March 4, 2026 to May 27, 2026

MIMIT has collected qualification applications from Cloud Computing and Cybersecurity service providers.

Digimat SpA has successfully completed this phase and is now a qualified supplier under the MIMIT Voucher. This means it can provide services and solutions eligible for the incentives provided by the call, supporting businesses and self-employed workers in implementing their digital transformation projects.

Phase 2 - Application Submission

The Ministry of Business and Made in Italy will announce the opening of the application window in a subsequent provision.

The requests for contributions will be evaluated according to the procedure at the counter To submit the application, it will be necessary to prepare the documentation required by the announcement, including:

- technical project of the interventions;
- service estimate issued by a qualified supplier, such as Digimat;
- investment plan consistent with the fundable interventions;
- further documentation requested by MIMIT.

The application must be submitted exclusively online through the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy portal. www.mimit.gov.it.

The MIMIT Voucher is intended for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and self-employed workers who meet the requirements set out in the call for proposals and intend to invest in cloud computing and cybersecurity services.

Investments in cloud computing and cybersecurity services and solutions aimed at adopting new technologies or improving existing ones are eligible, provided they meet the requirements set out in the call for proposals.

No. The voucher only finances cloud computing and cybersecurity services and solutions covered by the call for proposals.
To be eligible, interventions must:
be among those eligible for funding by MIMIT;
represent a new or improved investment;
be provided by a MIMIT qualified provider.
